Shipping Policy

At Art Image, we believe that a customer who places an order with us expects his or her purchase to be delivered safely and on time. Shipping is the most important aspect of an online store, and it must be addressed while keeping our customers satisfaction in mind.

We operate in the following manner for shipping in serviceable pin codes

Shipping across India : Shipping is free.

The item will be shipped within 7-21 business days. Some items may take longer than usual, and the customer is informed of this.

You will receive the following notifications once your order has been successfully placed via email and text message.

We provide doorstep delivery services. For higher floors wherein service lift is not available, we are not equipped to deliver the goods to your doorstep, We will need your cooperation to arrange your own personal/ labourers to carry the heavy items to the floor of your residence. Please note that their duty is to deliver the goods to the customer and they are not directly employed with Art Avenue.  You are requested to cooperate with them.

Once the product has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and an invoice.

For customized products, we take 4-6 weeks to deliver, however, in the case of exceptional situations like natural calamities (rains, flood, earthquakes, etc.), transport breakdown, strikes or other operational challenges, it might affect the delivery schedules and timelines. For international orders shipping charges are as per the courier company. We use all major carriers.

NOTE: We also ask that you provide the correct address and phone number when placing your order. If you intend to travel and will be unavailable on the contact number, please notify us in advance so that we can plan shipping and delivery around your schedule.
